County Seat is Preston which is too far to the south for a visit from 40. There are two places we can try:
Seligman is in Yavapai County, look for a sign that says so... If one is found, no need to stop in Ash Fork.
Ash Fork, Arizona I stopped here in 2006 and found a county sign. This is my guess as to where:
