Photos and Descriptions

A quick photo or two and a last look around for C & I before leaving Winslow, Arizona.

In Joseph City, Arizona is the Jack Rabbit Trading Post.  C & I stopped there and bought some gifts and took some photos.
It is really in the middle of nowhere, now that I-40 has passed it by.  While we were there for about 15 minutes, only one other couple came by.

The famed Wigwam Motel in Holbrook, Arizona.
This is one of several Wigwam Motels across the country.  In front of each unit is a vintage car or two.
Although this site says reservations are available, this motel is certainly not open for business at this time.

The Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert are located in the same national park.  There is a road that runs through the park for about 17 miles.
Everywhere you look, there are wonderful photo opportunities.  The ladies let their hair down and let it blow in the wind.
Of course, RM's Plumber Guy had to make an appearance.
