| There are natural springs that emerge from the sheer cliff face. They are called the hanging gardens. | |||

This little river caused most of the erosion
creating the canyon. During stormy weather, the flow
can be 100's of times this. As it was, it was flowing too fast for the park to allow hikers to reach the upper canyons. |
