Retracing Old Ground

We are running on familiar ground here.  Last year we went through this same stretch and then continued on to the Pacific Ocean.  This year, we will retrace our steps, until we get as far as Burns, Oregon then head south into northeast California.

Today, we went as far as Median.  This is a suburb of Boise and is where the Harley-Davidson dealer is located.

After we got settled, we visited a drive-in featured very favorably by Guy Fieri on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.  It was really good and really fun.

The temperature today was good, but the ever-present wind was going strong.  There were strong headwinds the whole day, not so strong as we have had in the past week or two, but bad nonetheless.  This nation should have a large surplus of electrical energy.  Just install the necessary wind turbines and the transmission lines.  These poor states can gain a strong source of revenue.
